A pleasant surprise and a wonderful dinner. Deciding to meet a first date at a town in the middle of both our locations brought us to Milford. A local recommended La Hacienda for dinner. I'm so glad they did. We ate upstairs in the corner at the bar overlooking the street. Even though the conversations around us got a little loud at some points, the location allowed for minimal distraction, and we could have a nice side by side conversation. My date had a food allergy, and the server was wonderful about making a note of it. The server was just the right amount of attentive, friendly, and professional. The food and drinks came out quickly and beautifully presented. Everything looked and tasted fresh and flavorful. I love tamales. However, I've discovered most in restaurants to be quite bland and more masa than filling. Not so here! It was the perfect blend of masa to filling. The filling had a nicely rounded profile of flavor with a wonderfully spicy kick. SO GOOD! I'll definitively be making a trip back to La Hacienda, with or without a date.

We've been a couple times now, and it's always a great dining experience. Their menu is just a little different from traditional local Mexican restaurants, with delicious variations of some basic entrees, as well as the tried-&-true options that most diners would expect. The upstairs and downstairs are both comfortable dining options, the upstairs has a bar along one side and fewer tables. All of our choices were large portions, and everyone had leftovers. Entrees themselves were reasonably priced, but the guac, and the cheese dip were both very expensive add-ons to the free chips & salsa routine. Very good overall, we will certainly be back.

We showed up over 20 people and they were very accommodating to us. Sat us very quickly and served us just as quick. The food was delicious! Very filling! The staff were awesome and very professional. We are extremely grateful for your hospitality. Thank you. We will be back

I highly recommend the Milford location not only for it's outstanding food and cocktails, but also as a venue for special events. Chuck and his staff made my daughter's bridal shower so special. The food was delicious and the 38 guests had a great time. Thank you!

The food, service and atmosphere was very nice. I had taco Carne Asada so good. My husband had chicken tamales also very good. Thank you Jose excellent service.
